Assigning bookings

There are three main ways to assign bookings on the Gantt:

  • Manually - bookings that have already been created on the engagements

  • Assigning directly on creation - needed if they were not requested from the Engagement Edit page and they now need to be created quickly and assigned directly to specific people

  • Automation - can be a significant time-saver when you have a large number of unassigned bookings to schedule or if the Gantt is heavily scheduled and suitable resources and time slots are time-consuming and difficult to find manually
